The Perfect Artist Vacation

More than any other trip I have ever been on, I was greatly inspired by my trip to the Louvre in France. I have visited countless museums and that was one of the best experiences I have ever had. If you decide to go on an artist’s journey to France then I have some suggestions for you.
Make sure to see the Mona Lisa. There is always a crowd around this painting. That understandable considering that it’s one of the most iconic pieces of art in the world. You will see countless artists in the museum with their easels, palettes and brushes set up in front of their greatest pieces of inspiration. There will always be a couple cheap easels around the Mona Lisa and some of them aren’t half bad.
My next suggestion is to bring a camera and a sketch book. You shouldn’t just rely on your memories or even just the photographs that you take. You need to be ready to put pen to paper when inspiration strikes. You don’t need to bring artist easels with you, a sketch book will be enough. If you want to bring the tripod easels in then there is no problem either. Just make sure to be careful and make sure not to drop any paint. And no matter what else happens, you had better not get any paint on the pictures or the frames. This is not the place to splash paint on a canvas and pour your pain out into the world. This is an opportunity for quiet work and a careful hand.
These are my two biggest and best suggestions. They are suggestions that you should take to heart. If you have the chance to visit the Louvre then you are steps ahead of many other people.
